Disney World Maps are a lot of fun to look at. But they are also wonderful planning tools. Having a map of the parks or the resort you are staying in can help in a few ways.
First, you can familiarize yourself with the ‘lay of the land’ so to speak. You wouldn’t just visit a foreign city without first consulting a map would you? Well, treat Disney World the same way. The more you know about the layout of the parks and resorts beforehand, the better.
Secondly, having a map for your particular resort can help you determine which section of the resort you’d like to stay in. Many times people wish to request a room near the centralized food court/restaurant area, bus stops, or pools. Or maybe you want to be further removed from all of the hustle and bustle associated with those areas.
Whatever you wish, check out the resort maps below to get a feel for the layout and size of the resorts.
I have also included aerial images of Disney World and all of the resorts. Kind of just for fun! I love to use Google Earth to look at Disney World!
If you would like to see more images or learn more about Google Earth, check out the Satellite Photos section. Google Earth has recently added Disney World in 3D, where you can see amazing 3D renderings and explore all of the parks, attractions, and resorts. It is really cool!
To view enlarged versions of the maps, simply click on the map itself or the text describing it. Clicking on one of the Aerial Images will take you to the Satellite Photos section of this website.
